Shipping Policy

MotoCC London offers shipping services to deliver our products to customers quickly and efficiently. We take great care in packaging and ensuring that your orders are handled with the utmost attention to detail. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide a seamless experience for all our customers.

Items will be shipped immediately after production, most of our items are made to order and production takes 1 to 2 working days.
We are based in the UK, for orders shipped to UK addresses it takes a day or two by Royal Mail tracked delivery. For outside of the UK usually approximately 4-5 days, depending on buyer's location .
Please make sure your shipment address is correct when you pay.
We will endeavor to combine multiple items into one shipment if possible.

If you do not receive your item within 10 days please contact us first, we will resolve the issue for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MotoCC London, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your confidence in shopping with us. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and want to make sure you have a positive experience with us.

For UK customers only we conform to the relevant laws surrounding 'distance selling' :
'To offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason'

We do not cover the return postage fees

For the rest of the world unfortunately we do not offer a returns policy, however, please contact us if you are unsatisfied and we will endeavor to resolve any issues.
