Can I have my name and phone number on the back of the keyring leather ?

YES - there is plenty of space on the reverse for names, numbers, personal messages to loved ones.
Can you make keyrings with my own design etched on them ?

YES - If you supply the artwork in either PNG or JPG format. Alternatively a good scanned image sent over to us that we can work from can be good enough, but the latter option will cost a little more to do due to the time to re-format the image. The leather fob is approximately 19mm wide and 50mm long and a logo's orientation depends upon its detail and size. We would need to trial your design first.
Can I return a product ?

We follow the standard 'distance selling' laws in the UK for goods made and shipped to UK addresses : 'An offer of a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason' We do not cover postage of the returned goods
Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom ?

YES - we have had many customers from around the world. T-shirts and printed goods are manufactured and shipped from the same locale as the order. The keyrings and leather items are made in the UK and shipped from there.
